Job Duties:
-General maintenance and handyman repair tasks
-Demolition
-Drywall patching, repair, and painting
-Millwork and trim
-Door & window installations and repairs
-Investigation and repair of leaks
-Small-scale remodeling projects
-Adjustments to doors and cabinetry
-Bathroom grouting and caulking
-Basic electrical work
-Basic plumbing services
-Tile and grout repair
-Partial kitchen and bathroom remodels
-Ensuring efficient use of materials and maintaining an adequate stock of necessary equipment
Requirements:
-Demonstrated expertise in home maintenance and remodeling
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-Complete set of tools for the job
-Effective communication skills with clients
-Capability to handle paperwork, invoices, and collect payments
-Proficiency in English is crucial for maintaining a secure construction working environment and facilitating effective client
communication.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
