We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and construction, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Construction Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with building codes and project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other tradespeople to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly and in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure proper functioning of systems.
Perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
Keep abreast of industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in plumbing and construction.
