About the Role:
Transco, Inc., a leading transportation company in Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced Service Auto Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in R&R (Remove and Replace) mechanical work.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately.
Read and interpret scanner data to troubleshoot issues.
Perform engine and transmission replacements.
Complete R&R (Remove and Replace) mechanical tasks using standard industry tools and techniques.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
10+ years of mechanic experience (preferred)
Proficiency with standard tools and repair techniques
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
