Position: VP of Production/ Senior Project Manager (Basement Finishing and Remodeling)
Location: Hyattsville, Maryland
Travel: Required to visit job sites on daily basis
Start: IMMEDIATELY
The essential role: Hiring and training the team, Interviewing and expanding our subcontractor's pool, expand the team, manage the most complex project.
IMPORTANT DETAIL: ONE OF OUR PROJECT MANAGERS HAVE BEEN FIRED DUE TO SOME SERIOUS VIOLATIONS. HE LEFT 16 ONGOING PROJECTS THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED. THIS IS AN ULTIMATE TEST FOR SOMEONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN THE POSITION. THERE IS A $20,000 SIGN UP BONUS AFTER 3 MONTHS IF THIS ULTIMATE TEST IS PASSED.
You will be involved with smaller and mid-size residential remodeling projects (100,000-350,000 (UP TO 700,000) which requires a wide verity of knowledge in residential construction (from concrete works to fire protection and mechanical systems).

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Has been involved in construction industry for over 15 years, has hands on as well as extensive office/admin work experience. Has a minimum on 10 years in residential remodeling project management. You must be able to lead and guide your team of interior designer, lead carpenter and field carpenters.

6+ Years. 4 weeks (160 hrs.)
Salary: $150,000.00
COMPENSATIONS: 150K + 20K sing up bonus + 15-20K yearly upsell commission
