We’re looking for a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team. You’ll handle collision repairs from teardown to delivery with a focus on safety, quality, and cycle time.
Key Responsibilities
Perform body repairs: dent repair, panel replacement, welds, body filler, sanding, priming, and fitment.
Disassemble/reassemble vehicles, document parts and damage, and follow repair plans.
Perform light to moderate frame and structural pulls (as qualified).
Prep panels for paint; work closely with painters for color match and finish quality.
Install body, trim, glass, and mechanical components related to collision repair.
Use measuring systems, welders, and shop equipment safely and correctly.
Maintain clean work area,
Communicate with estimators and production managers on supplements and parts needs.
Adhere to all safety procedures and quality standards (OEM/insurance guidelines).
Qualifications
2+ years of professional collision/body repair experience (or strong trade school + internship).
Proficient with MIG welding, panel bonding, plastic repair, and metal finishing.
Ability to read estimates/repair plans
Familiarity with frame racks, measuring systems, and shop tools.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Consistent Pay Weekly. 500-850 based on skill
