We are looking for a dependable/flexible full-time driver in the NORTHERN VIRGINIA area with a proven work ethic and strong interpersonal skills to transport wheelchair, non-wheelchair, and stretcher passengers to their medical appointments. We provide a steady, full-time bed-to-bed service.
DRIVER
-Must be able to read and speak English.
-Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
-Must be able to pass pre-employment Drug Screening.
-A working cell phone must be used to facilitate communication.
-Must be ready to start work immediately.
-Must be at least 25 years old to apply.
-Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
-Must be licensed for at least five years.
-Must be willing to provide his Driving Record.
-Must know how to utilize GPS maps.
-Hand-free devices (such as Bluetooth headsets) must be utilized.
-Must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds or more.
TRAINING WILL INCLUDE
First Aid, CPR, Defensive Driving, Passenger Sensitivity, Customer Service Training, Proper Lifting Techniques, Wheelchair Securement, and Driver Orientation
Applications will be denied if the DRIVER has multiple convictions on his driving record.
Applications will be denied if the DRIVER has any suspensions due to unpaid court fines/costs/fees in the last five years.
