Position Overview
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead and execute digital marketing initiatives, focusing on improving client visibility, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms. Experience with Squarespace is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Website Design: Create, maintain, and update websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, optimized, and visually appealing (Squarespace experience preferred).
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media content calendars to grow brand presence, engagement, and conversions.
Content Marketing: Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media to align with SEO and branding goals.
Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
Collaborate with team members and clients to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SEO, website design, social media management, and general digital marketing.
Familiarity with Squarespace or similar website platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to different industries and audiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Must work on-site in McLean, Virginia – no remote work or freelance applicants.
