We are inviting applications for the role of AVP Master Data Management
In this role, you will be a part Analytics team that builds & runs in-house MDM analytics solutions for CPGR companies in the areas of finance, customer, material, vendor & other master data engagements.

What are we looking:

• Build strong strategic relationships with the clients and be responsible for stakeholder management while identifying key growth opportunities
• Identify areas of significant customer business Impact and improvement opportunities therein provide strategic direction & thought leadership to clients
  
• Should have strong knowledge of upstream & downstream processes impacting/impacted by Master data & the ways to solve such issues in a time bound manner thru various improvements.
  
• Should have led or been part of data platform migrations, is aware of nuances of such migrations, is well versed with issues & challenges, and has been successful in dealing with such.
  
• Should have sound knowledge of Data analytics interventions in Master Data Management to drive/elevate client conversations & enable its embedment in business ops by identifying relevant opportunities.
  
• Understand various data modeling constructs, table structures, ETL programming & its impact thereof on the outcomes expected from business
  
• Has sound knowledge of data profiling techniques & tools, data governance, data cleansing approaches, data related KPIs
  
• She/he should be able to create KPIs depending upon business needs, benchmark current process, bring industry best practices to life
  
• Own end to end project from design, development, and delivery of analytics solutions which includes dashboards development, data engineering, and data science activities
  
• Play an active role in managing the team, monitor team effort and drive project tasks & milestones
  
• Conduct workshops with the key client stakeholders for generating ideas which will solve business problems
  
• Guide and assist sales teams in identifying and promoting solutions for new business growth
  
• Collaborate with consulting/transformation/practice teams to deliver complex, large client engagements that identify, design and implement innovative business and technology solutions for end clients
  

• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering in Computer Science/information science) / Master's Degree (Ex: MBA in Data Analytics/ Business Analytics)

• Worked at least 5-6 years in such leadership roles
• Excellent comm. skills Verbal & Written
  
• Good Excel/Presentation skills
  
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  
• Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
  
• Eye for detail and quick response time
  
• Possess client handling experience with good communication and has experience in the CPGR business
