Policy & Planning Analyst IApply now (https://secure.dc4.pageuppeople.com/apply/674/gateway/default.aspx?c=apply&lJobID=530862&lJobSourceTypeID=796&sLanguage=en-us) Job no: 530862 Work type: Staff Full-Time Location: Alachua Categories: Office/Administrative/Fiscal Support, Grant or Research Administration Department: 29680501 - MD-CTSI-TRANSL WORKFORCE DEVT Classification Title:Policy & Planning Analyst IJob Description:Collect- Facilitate the Collection of Trainee DataTrain and supervise work-study students and department staff in the collection (in GatorTrain) of trainee & alumni data from external sources (LinkedIn, PubMed, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, ORCiD, etc.) Leverage internal data sources from GIMS, PeopleSoft, and other UF data systems to form a comprehensive view of each PhD and Postdoctoral Trainee’s experience pre, present, and post UFDisseminate- NIH Data Tables, Websites, and Program/Department ReportsPrepare NIH data tables for new & renewal applications, and progress reports; assist program administrators with their program’s websites’ design and content; prepare alumni analyses for PhD Programs and DepartmentsDatabase DesignAdd/modify features in GatorTrain for data organization and presentation.
