This role is designed to kickstart your career in the real estate development industry and offers a chance to work directly with our Wendover Land Acquisition team and Chief Operating Officer. We are seeking passionate, forward-thinking individuals who are eager to make their mark in the world of affordable and mixed-income housing development.What are we looking for?We are on the lookout for enthusiastic new graduates who are ready to embark on an exciting career in real estate development. This position is ideal for those who possess a deep passion for affordable and mixed-income housing development and are eager to contribute to innovative, impactful projects in the industry.What are my responsibilities as a Development Associate?

Support the Wendover Land Acquisition team and Chief Operating Officer in various aspects of real estate development projects.

Assist with research on potential development opportunities, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to the preparation of project proposals, financial analyses, and presentations.

Help manage project documentation, timelines, and budgets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and legal professionals.

Participate in the evaluation of potential sites and due diligence processes.

Assist in gathering data for securing financing, grants, and subsidies for development projects.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and regulatory changes in the real estate and affordable housing sectors.

Provide support on other development-related tasks as required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field.

Strong interest in real estate development, affordable housing, and mixed-income projects.

Eagerness to start a career in real estate development.

Excellent research and analytical skills.

Good written and verbal communication abilities.

Organized and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

A strong desire to gain practical experience in the real estate development field.

What are the Working Conditions/Environment/Physical Demands of this position?

Office-based role in a well-lit, air-conditioned environment with a high level of confidentiality.
