job detailsjob summary:A SAP Inventory Specialist is needed for a company that manufactures, sells, and markets non-alcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups in the Apopka, FL area. This role will manage the facility's engineering and maintenance inventory, ensuring accurate records, proper classification, and efficient coordination of parts and materials using SAP systems.location: Apopka, Floridajob type: Contractsalary: $19.77 - 20.38 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: High Schoolresponsibilities:
Oversee and manage all inventory and storeroom activities for engineering and maintenance.
Collaborate with the Planner to coordinate supplier activities and strengthen the vendor database.
Maintain accurate records of physical counts, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
Handle shipping and receiving for preventive maintenance parts and equipment, including proper placement in designated storage locations.
Ensure the inventory database accurately reflects the bin locations and classifications of all parts and equipment.
Process returns for canceled or damaged items with suppliers.
Monitor and maintain stock levels within established minimum and maximum thresholds.
Classify materials using SAP S4 HANA concepts and create standardized templates.
Assist in maintaining maintenance plans and incorporate new equipment as needed.
Issue parts to technicians and generate parts kits to support maintenance activities.
