The Customer Experience Representative is a part of a high-energy, customer-obsessed team and plays a pivotal role in providing the highest quality customer experience to our customers.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide direct support or guidance toward to resolution

Tackle a variety of problems in technical systems with skill and accuracy

Create cases for all calls and emails received, enter the history of the problem, all steps taken, and subsequent resolution if resolved at the Help Desk or escalate to appropriate next level

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent

The work history must demonstrate each of the following:

Strong understanding of customer service and customer relations

Highly motivated and with a strong desire to learn

Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making

Strong communication skills

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:

Must possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a technical support role or equivalent experience

Work history must demonstrate each of the following:

A strong understanding of Customer Service and Customer Relations

Familiar with creating cases and case numbers

Experience with customer escalation process for efficient ticket resolutions

You are a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn

The ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making
