Description We are currently hiring for the role of a Customer Service Representative. This position is located in Boca Raton, Florida. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing customer interactions, maintaining customer accounts, and processing credit applications efficiently within our sector.Responsibilities: Manage customer interactions efficiently and respond to queries promptly. Handle and process customer credit applications with high precision. Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required. Ensure all customer credit records are accurately maintained. Use spreadsheet software to manage and organize customer data. Apply problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer inquiries.Requirements A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Proven experience in a customer service role. Proficiency in office software is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Must have a customer-centric mindset. Flexibility to work in shifts if required. Knowledge of customer service software is a plus.
