Description We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team and drive successful technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, focusing on SaaS platforms, new product code User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Agile methodologies.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead the UAT process for new product codes, ensuring business needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment to deliver technology solutions that align with organizational goals.
Evaluate and recommend SaaS solutions to improve business processes and outcomes.
Develop detailed business process models, workflows, and use cases to guide project implementation.
Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
Analyze and document current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide post-implementation support and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and their implementation.
Hands-on experience conducting UAT for new product code releases.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile certifications are a plus.
