Description Office / Facilities Manager A healthcare company in Boca Raton is currently seeking an Office Manager for their downtown operations. This position will manage overall office administration, which may include copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, office reception, office equipment, utility services and communication systems. Additional responsibilities for the Office Manager include evaluating office production, assisting in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved work flow and assisting the Operations Manager and Director in monitoring budget for office related items and staff. In this position you will have 4 direct reports – excellent mentoring opportunity for the right administrative professional.
