Primary sourcing responsibilities will be contacting undeveloped leads through cold calling, emailing and social media.Source and nurture relationships with prospective Dermatologists and Physician Extenders that ultimately lead to a decision by them to join an ID practice.Actively pursue prospective candidates with integrity and a mission of getting signed contracts from candidates.        Coordinate sourcing efforts w/ Seeker team to avoid duplicate recruiting effort.Coordinate sourcing efforts with respective regional VP Operations to have them assist in providing critical practice information and assisting with closing on the candidate
