Job Descriptionthis position will be sitting out of the UK!Our client headquartered here in the US is looking to bring on a contractor out of the UK. This role will ideally be a contract to hire position so the ideal candidate must live near one of the onsite locations to convert to fulltime at the end of the contract. The overall goal behind this role is to bring on someone who can manage the relationships of the global support teams in different countries, gather operational information and assess areas of improvement. The main responsibilities for this role will be broken down into two different phases: the first being to partner with internal colleagues cross-functionally to complete the initial assessment of all the support teams globally. The second would be to analyze the gaps across the different support teams, identify opportunities to implement standardized processes and operations, and project manage their completion. This job requires a self-starter personality who can work with different time zones. We are looking for someone who can gather information, analyze it and present it to senior leaders accordingly.
