job detailsJob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong background in commercial construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
OSHA certification or similar safety credentials are a plus.

Oversee end-to-end project management for commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to manage scope and ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor and control project progress, ensuring compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
Facilitate effective communication with clients, updating them regularly on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Perform site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and resolve issues on the ground.
Review and approve project documents, including submittals, RFI's, change orders, and other project documentation.
Conduct project closeout, including documentation and final inspections.
