job detailsRandstad is looking to hire a medical receptionist for a reputable medical clinic in the Boynton Beach area. If you are passionate about patient care and are looking for a long term opportunity, this may be the job for you! This is a temp to hire opporunity starting at $18-$19/hr. Increase given once you become a permanent employee. Work hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Field calls from current and new patients
Check patients in for their appointments
Collect and process insurance, payments and patient documents
Schedule medical appointments using schedulng system for in person and virtual visits
Assign appointments dates and times based on the medical needs of the patients
Listen sympathetically and move the flow of conversation forward
Answer questions regarding Covid19 and Covid19 vaccination and provide appropriate information to patients (This office does not see or treat Covid19+ patients)
