Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Product Owner in our retail team working as a As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development of products, shaping the vision of the products, determining feature sets based on client preferences, and managing the entire development process. Responsibilities Ensure the alignment of the product vision and roadmap with enterprise goals and stakeholder priorities for our Custom .NET WIN Quote to Cash Platform. Innovate and drive improvements to meet current and future business needs. Lead discussions with business leaders and executive leadership to understand challenges and propose innovative solutions. Work closely with architects and delivery leads to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Collaborate with Scrum Masters to prioritize backlogs for maximum business value and alignment with sprint goals. Serve as the primary liaison between business units and development teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. Foster detail oriented growth among entry level team members and elevate team capabilities. Promote collaboration across teams, resolve roadblocks, and ensure alignment. Oversee the Agile Scrum delivery process, ensuring effective sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives. Conduct formal acceptance of user stories, ensuring they meet quality standards and business expectations. Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business and technology teams to validate solutions. Monitor platform health and provide daily support of WIN Quote to Cash including integrations and administration. Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance platform functionality and team performance. Develop and analyze platform performance metrics to guide decision-making.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in the retail industry Proficiency in Android Development Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) Experience using Atlassian Jira for project management Proven track record of successful bug tracking Knowledge of Cloud Technologies Experience with 'About Time' project management software Proficiency in AB Testing Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies Experience in backlog grooming Excellent communication skills Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
