What You’ll Do:
Engage with customers, build relationships, and guide them through the sales process.
Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and explain financing options.
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Follow up with leads and past customers to maximize referrals and repeat business.
Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure smooth deal approvals.
Maintain detailed customer records using our state-of-the-art CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience required – Car sales is a bonus, but retail, door-to-door, or any commission-based experience is great.
License required (or willing to obtain).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to drive manual transmission (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong negotiation, customer service, and follow-up skills.
Bilingual (English/French) is a bonus.
