We remodel the entire home and get it market ready. The cleaner comes in after it’s done and does a complete cleaning to include :
Windows
Bathrooms
Kitchen.
Floors
Fans
All of the items needing clean is usually new so minimal cleaning is needed . Must have all cleaning supplies . We do not provide anything. .
Water and electric is on and all the homes are vacant .
We have residential commercial Airbnb”s as well. Not just in Polk county but all areas.
Starting pay is $20-$25 hourly . Must have Zelle or Venmo.
