Extremely busy home remodeler/real estate investor who buys fix/flips homes thru out Polk county seeking a helper to remodel these homes .
What work we do :
Siding
Wood rot / trim/ fences /baseboards
Paint interior /exterior
Landscaping
Drywall
Flooring both tile and lvp
Bathrooms complete remodel
Kitchens complete
Windows & doors
General remodel
The helper must have own transportation ( not being dropped off by mom) and some tools helps . Must be reliable . Helpers
With experience is preferred and will go straight to the front of the line.
Pay is starting at $15-$18 hourly and will go up from there once we see what u know .
