You will be responsible for conducting inspections, tests, and measurements to ensure that our products meet the required standards and specifications. You will be responsible for conducting inspections and tests, identifying any defects or non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions. Your work will contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and the satisfaction of our customers.Key Responsibilities
1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday
Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements on products to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
Test parts and raw material
Monitor and verify quality
Recommend improvements
Identify and document any defects or non-conformities
Record observations
Audit quality control programs
Develop specs and procedures
Improve quality practices
U.S. Citizen REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirementsYOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of inspecting experience

Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures in quality control inspection field
Good analytical and creative problem solving skill
Able to work in group environment
Proactively and clearly communicate important, comprehensive, and specific information that others need
Ability to read technical data and specifications
Be flexible to support other inspection areas and other shifts
Crosstrain in other inspection areas
