You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager and you will work out of one of our Aero locations on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the financial health, operational efficiency, risk management, stakeholder relationships, and overall success of multiple programs and projects within the Aerospace business unit.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide the program controls function for projects and programs
Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies
Monitor and control project costs and budgets
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
Responsible for reliable program EVM (earned value management) application, compliance and procedures
Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
Responsible for program EAC (estimate at completion) management

Minimum of 4 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of project management ethics and methodologies
Experience with project planning and scheduling tools
