Working daily with manufacturing operations, the Quality Manager will be accountable for defining, implementing, and directing processes and personnel to ensure the delivery of products recognized and valued in the industry for their quality over the intended product lifecycle.Primary Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance compliance with FAA and AS9100 standards
Audit coordination and gap analysis
Implementation and maintenance of quality metric systems
Nonconforming material control and processing
Team management of Quality Engineers and Inspectors
Performance monitoring and budget management
Training development and delivery
