When requested, manage the data, analytics, and performance.
For the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Stage, collect web analytics.
Give claimants an easy way to submit feedback.
By the Go-Live Stage, suggest performance indicators.
Build an MVP performance dashboard to make it easy for contractors and staff to see how the application is performing and identify areas for improvement.
After the Go-Live Stage, analyze feedback and analytics.
Provide quarterly reports with data- and feedback-driven recommendations on improvements to prioritize.
Required Skills and Experience
8+ years’ experience.
Experience in an Agile environment
U.S. Citizenship required for this position.
