The Call Center - Intake (Sales) Training Manager would be responsible for sharing in the initial and ongoing education/ development and evaluation of our Intake (Call Center) Team. We generate exclusive warm leads and speak to the client as if we are currently representing (many different clients), regarding different products.
Hybrid - Mostly onsite
After completion of training, work-from-home days can be earned with strong performance & results.
Monday & Wednesday - 9:30-8PM
Tuesday & Thursday - 9:30-10PM
Friday - 9:30-6PM
Saturday - 9:30-3PM
Base + Performance Bonus

This is a very detail oriented, data entry intensive transaction. Empathy with above average listening skills and the ability to control the conversation with tact and professionalism is essential.
Ideal prospect will have above average Windows 10-11 skills along with Office365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneNote, etc. CRM and call center dialer experience is required.
It would be essential to have this candidate train in the position. Also, this candidate must have existing training experience and show an average to above average competency before they would start working without supervision. They would also need to be able to assimilate new information relatively quickly as new products are introduced regularly
