Vaco is working with an innovative managed services organization in Miami, FL with a broad portfolio in enterprise level IT support, cloud data solutions, managed retail technology, and business continuity solutions.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate and assign incoming IT tickets to enterprise IT suppor team. - Be in client-facing role and interacting with companies seeking outsourced IT assistance. - Create priority over IT tickets based on service level agreements between our company and our client. - Monitor tickets that are overdue and encourage action to appropriate tickets needing priority. - Document your work and encourage documentation of work completed on IT tickets. - Create reports for all service level work being completed.
