Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, efficient, and organized Order Processor to join our operational team. The Order Processor will be responsible for processing sales orders, coordinating with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Receive, process, and confirm orders accurately in a timely manner.
Coordinate with warehousing and distribution staff to ensure products are packed and shipped as per schedule.
Respond to customer inquiries, providing information on delivery schedules, order status, and product details.
Work closely with the sales team to resolve any customer issues or complaints regarding the order process.
Update and maintain the order database, inputting all relevant details accurately.
Regularly report status of orders to the management.
Ensure all documentation and paperwork related to orders is completed and filed appropriately.
Comply with company's policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in order processing, logistics, or a similar role is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data entry software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Abilities to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a team and individually.
