As a Billing Analyst, you will analyze and interpret contract language to accurately reflect terms for client billing.What you will do:
Operate as an internal subject matter expert and resource to others both within and outside the immediate work group for assigned Fiserv billing functions.
Manage new client billing set up as well as client renewals.
Review and analyze client contracts for proper billing; work cross-functionally to ensure client is billed as expected.
Perform invoice analysis and variance research.
Research and resolve client inquiries and issues.
Interact with the client and other internal stakeholders on all questions concerning invoicing and problem resolution.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Windows applications.
What would be great to have:
+/-1 year experience in Accounting, Billing Bookkeeping, Finance, Treasury, Banking, or Data Analytics.
Intermediate capabilities with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Windows applications.
Experience with large ERPs such as SAP, Oracle or Peoplesoft is a plus.
Aptitude with Accounting/Bookkeeping.
