Job Overview:As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging data to uncover actionable insights that align with organizational goals. You will play a key role in promoting a data-driven culture by presenting findings in a clear and impactful way for diverse stakeholders.Your Responsibilities:
Collect, clean and analyze data from diverse sources to generate insights, identify trends, and support decision-making. Develop and maintain intuitive and compelling dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across reports and dashboards.
Effectively communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders, adapting presentations to different audiences.
Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
Document processes, data sources and reporting methodologies for future reference.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
Provide support and training to end-users on report usage and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2 years experience in a data analysis.
Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SmartSheet) and data analysis techniques.
Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX functions, Power Query and report design.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey data insights effectively to all stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
