This is a residential easy application for post-install permit.
All work has been checked by multiple Journeymen & ECs, all say ok but Ya nothing.
The work involved replace panel (to code), run 220v to mini-split on its on dedicated circuit; replace gas water heater to 220v electric on dedicated circuit. Owner/supervisor affidavit signed. Work was started by a Journeyman under an EC, the EC quit us, but the journeyman continued the job. 550sqft house, 150 amp.
House had to be renovated due to mold- twice! Super clean & nice & furnished.
