Job Description
As a Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for helping to lead and
drive the daily operations of Aunt Catfish's. You will manage the dining room to ensure a positive guest experience. You will oversee all front of house hourly team members and will be responsible leadership functions to ensure a smooth operation.
Other responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager role include:
-Upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality
-Leading your team of Hostesses, Servers, Bussers, Expo's, Bakers, etc
-Managing all functions on our daily front of house operations
-Handling scheduling and hiring for FOH positions
-Focusing attention on team development
-Overseeing quality and safety
-Managing the facility
Job Requirements
In the Restaurant Manager role, you must be self-motivated, positive,
