Sushi Roller
We are looking for a candidate that could assist with rolling Sushi. Thursday nights is Sushi night at Break Awayz on Flagler Beach. Thursday 4:30pm-9:00.
Responsibilities include preparation, handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients, managing food stock and working with an attention to detail to fulfill all orders within quality standards.
Line Cook
Responsibilities: Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies. Preparing food for Service/Breaking Down or Replenishing the station. Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Seeking experienced line cook and must be flexible to work AM/PM. Must have weekend availability.
