Responsibilities:
1. Pressed Sandwich Maestro:
Craft delectable, pressed sandwiches with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure the consistent quality of ingredients and presentation.
Keep up with high demand during peak hours while maintaining excellent food standards.
2. Sorbet Artisan:
Scoop and serve a variety of refreshing sorbet flavors.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sorbet station.
3. Frozen Lemonade Connoisseur:
Manage the frozen lemonade station efficiently to meet customer demand.
4. Customer Service Extraordinaire:
Provide prompt and courteous service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Address customer feedback and special requests professionally.
5. Adaptability Under Pressure:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Stay calm and composed during busy periods to maintain operational efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food preparation and customer service is preferred, but not a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
Additional Requirements:
Must successfully pass a background check.
Completion of a drug screening test is mandatory.
Position Availability:
We have one Part-Time Seasonal Position: Available for the entire summer season, Five days a week.
We have one Part-Time Temporary Position (mid-February for two months): Two days a week.
