Role Description
General Manager
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lake Helen, FL for a Project Manager Program Management Office at Cabin on the Lake. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation, and tracking of various programs within the Management Office. Expand in the business into a resort spa destination. Room and board will be provided. They will have the opportunity to train for hospitality in all manners. (Managing, advertisement, customer relation, hotel management, food preparation and handling, business & industry administration, accounting, and Hygiene technician. They have the have an opportunity to receive certification in the food and hygiene profession. It's a certification that is nationwide. Once the bar is completed. Hey will have the opportunity to become a partner with a percentage interest of the profits. The more profits the business receive, the higher their payroll will be. A good motivation to do their best. It's not a bad deal if you can start as a General Manager employee and end up as a partner.
Qualifications
No experience in project management and program management
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
