Don't miss out We are a beachfront timeshare resort looking for a daytime Housekeeping Supervisor .
Your responsibilities will include the supervision of laundry, common area cleaning, and room cleaning operations. You will work to ensure timeshare units are prepared for arrival according to Spinnaker Resorts specification. In addition, you will assist with establishing daily routines and workloads for laundry staff, common area cleaning staff, and room cleaning staff.
Good communication skills for interaction with owners and guests is a must Our "guests" are timeshare owners of the resort who visit yearly and love to get to know the staff! Because of this, ANY prior customer service experience is a plus for this role. You must have the ability to understand written and verbal English instructions including communications over two-way radios.
Weekends are required. Wednesdays-Sundays. 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Selected candidate must pass a national background check and provide documentation showing right to work in the United States.
