What you’ll do:
Front Line cooking duties include preparing Seafood, Steaks, Burgers, Chicken and Pasta. High volume Sauté, Flat top, Grill and fryer knowledge required.
Your job will include:
Properly learn and execute menu items
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
Communicate ticket times to Team Members
Maintain station cleanliness throughout kitchen
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Experience & skills you’ll need:
2 year+ High volume restaurant experience
Night shift
Weekends
