What We Need:

The Advisor position will own the strategic relationship with assigned Kareo Managed Billing customers to ensure mutual success.

Your Area of Focus:

Oversees the entire revenue cycle management process for assigned customers to ensure a smooth, initial experience that sets customers up for long term success

Program planning and presentations, including execution, logistics management, vendor relations, administrative, event updates, communications liaison and scheduling, liaison with other departments

Focus will be on ensuring retention, growing customers' book of business, and streamlining the billing operations of their customers through the implementation of medical billing best practices. Continually track and report event metrics to evaluate performance and ROI of events

Effectively communicate with assigned customers at all levels to ensure a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and serve as the main point of contact for day to day support and billing issues

Effectively handle and maintain customer escalations by providing solutions and progress on any issues and complaints

Your Qualifications:

Excellent understanding of the revenue cycle management from start to finish

Solid communication skills including: verbal, written, and interpersonal

Knowledge of 3+ specialties

Trained and proficient on more than one Practice Management System

Knowledge of her systems

Knowledge of insurance credentialing and contracting

Thorough understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and compliance in medical billing

Preferred CPB
