Scheduling interviews for caregivers experienced with working with a quadriplegic, part-time night shift only. $15/hour private pay. Must live within the Ormond Beach and surrounding vicinity, no exceptions. Client is an independent 38-year-old single dad with a spinal cord injury. Care required; transferring with Hoyer, bowel care, assist with shower and getting dressed/undressed. Client is in a power wheelchair, has an electric Hoyer, a shower chair and roll-in shower. Basic meal preparation required and light housekeeping. References required. MUST LIKE DOGS! Background check may be required if references are not available. Must be over the age 21. No smoking in the home while on shift. NO Illegal DRUGS or ALCOHOL allowed on premises. Consideration made for applicant that holds a medical Marijuana card. Must have a valid FL driver’s license and your own transportation. Only night shifts are needed by client and are typically 9pm – 9am. Applicant must be flexible to come in a little early or stay later on occasion. Available shifts to be discussed at interview or give me a call to inquire.
