Job Title: Home Caretaker/Housekeeper for Residential Assisted Living Home
Location: New Smyrna Beach, FL
We are a small, stress-free, and professional residential assisted living home located in New Smyrna Beach, FL. Our home is welcoming, clean, and designed to provide a safe and pleasant environment for our residents. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help maintain our beautiful home.
Job Responsibilities:
Housekeeping: Regular cleaning of common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and hallways. Ensuring the home is always tidy, welcoming, and in excellent condition.
Cooking: Preparing nutritious and delicious meals for the residents, catering to any dietary preferences or restrictions. Ensuring meals are served on time and according to residents' schedules.
Cleaning After Cooking: Washing dishes, cleaning kitchen surfaces, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area after meal preparation.
Laundry: Washing, folding, and organizing resident clothing and bedding.
Organization: Ensuring that all spaces are kept neat and organized.
Occasional Special Requests: Assisting with any additional tasks as needed to help maintain the overall well-being of the residents.
Qualifications:
Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the home.
Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping, home maintenance, or care-related fields is preferred but not required.
Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and be dependable with work hours and responsibilities.
Communication: Good communication skills to interact with residents, staff, and other visitors.
Compassion: Understanding of the unique needs of an assisted living environment and a caring attitude toward all residents.
The ideal candidate should:
be able to pass Level II background, be authorized to work in the US, and be willing to train.

$13.50/hr. - W2 or 1099 contractor
