Seeking a very strong Registered Medical Assistant for an extremely busy primary care practice. Individual will identify and greet patient, escort patient to exam room, identify purpose of visit, prepare patient for exam by performing triage duties and obtaining other appropriate data as well as assist providers with other medical tasks. Individual must have very good customer service and communication skills, be detail oriented, have good computer skills, and be familiar with EMR systems. We are looking for individuals who truly care about the patient as we are a busy office with a family-friendly atmosphere which aims for the best reputation in the community. As the RMA position performs a wide variety of clerical duties in support of patient services across multiple sites and departments, they are an integral part of our patient services team. The position serves in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. Must have a compassion and understanding for all patients and believe that patient care is paramount. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize and pay attention to detail while remaining focused in a busy environment.
