Entry level or advanced Concrete Restoration Workers needed for Commercial Construction in the Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach- New Smyrna Beach area. Various work including:
Concrete repair
Concrete demolition
Concrete placement & finishing
Waterproofing
Formwork / carpentry
Rebar replacement
Caulking
Expansion joints
Coating applications
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50-75 pounds, climb ladders, operate power tools, follow directions, and have a great attitude.
Ideal Candidates
Understanding of construction equipment, tools, and materials.
Is a team Player who can take direction.
Ability to effectively communicate with peers and supervisor.
Has reliable transportation and basic tools.
Will be on time and prepared to work each day.
Understands they are expected to work 5 days a week 8 hours a day.
Is in decent physical condition with the ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
Has a problem-solving mindset.
Sign-on bonus of $500 for all full-time work after 90 days of employment and the opportunity to earn up to $500 for each employee referral who is hired and stays on more than 90 days.
