Drywall Finisher & Painter Needed – Tenant Improvement (Contract Work)
We are seeking an experienced drywall installer/finisher and painter for a tenant improvement project at a commercial property in Daytona. This is short-term contract work, with potential for additional projects in the future.
This job involves repairing previous work that was not completed to standard. A photo will be provided for reference.
Scope of Work:
Address mismatch between upper and lower drywall sections
Complete drywall finishing on lower sections (tape, mud, sand)
Perform paint touch-ups and blending on upper walls
Paint finished lower sections to match existing
Job Requirements:
Work site: 3,000 sq ft warehouse property
Minimum 2 years drywall experience (installation, taping, mudding, finishing)
Painting experience (walls and ceilings)
Must have own tools and equipment
High attention to detail and professional-quality finish
Able to work independently and efficiently
Reliable and able to start immediately
