Finish Carpenter Needed for Cabinet Showroom Build-Out (Ormond Beach)
We’re a national kitchen & bath cabinetry importer building a new retail showroom and need an experienced finish carpenter to help complete the interior build-out. All work is for display purposes only — no plumbing, electrical, or permitting involved.
Scope of Work:
Build approx. 55 LF of freestanding display walls (48" & 60" tall) framed in 2x material and sheetrocked. Short walls capped with finished lumber; taller walls capped with drywall. Baseboard and shoe molding to be installed.
Install 1,000 sq. ft. of snap-together LVT flooring in 5 color sections.
Assemble and install a main 12' kitchen display with wall cabinets, stackers, trim detail, decorative doors, and a boxed sink area. Includes pantry with rollout shelves and finished side panels.
Build an island vignette with integrated cabinetry, mock cooktop, and high-bar back using mounted wall cabinets, decorative end panels, and furniture base molding.
Requirements:
3+ years finish carpentry experience (showroom or kitchen installs preferred)
Proficiency with cabinet assembly, trim work, and light framing
Own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and follow a detailed written scope
All work is ready to start immediately. Compensation DOE.
