Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer who is bilingual in Spanish and English. This position involves performing a variety of manual labor tasks in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform general labor tasks such as:
Lifting and moving materials
Loading and unloading vehicles
Digging, refilling holes, and other site work
Assisting with mowing, trimming, and general maintenance
Supporting equipment operations and other assigned duties
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective gear at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish and English) – required
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Must wear steel-toed boots, long-sleeve shirts, and long pants (no rips or tears)
Company provides high-visibility vest, safety glasses, hard hat, and gloves
Must be comfortable working in dusty or outdoor environments
Education and Experience
Required: High school diploma or GED
Preferred: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
0–4 years of prior general labor experience
Work Environment
May be exposed to dirt, dust, noise, weather extremes, and other outdoor conditions
Occasional exposure to occupational hazards (cuts, burns, chemicals, etc.)
Regular physical activity, including standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
