About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lawn Care Professional with mid-level experience to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of lawn care and landscaping tasks to maintain and improve the appearance of residential and commercial properties. You should be proficient with all aspects of lawn care with professional equipment; which includes maintenance. You should be well versed in residential & commercial lawn care best practices and work well without minimal supervision or extensive training.
Responsibilities
Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general yard maintenance.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Apply basic lawn care treatments such as fertilization or weed control (as directed).
Assist with seasonal landscaping tasks (mulching, leaf cleanup, planting, etc.).
Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Ensure all work is performed to company standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
Experience: Mid-level lawn care or landscaping experience required.
License & Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Workplace Standards: This is a drug and alcohol-free workplace.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
