If you know Florida plants and love to work with them, this is the dream job for you. Keep It Pristine is looking for someone to operate our onsite nursery. The position is self managed, self motivated and self fufilling.
What would the day look like: Your day will start with evaluating the overnight irrigation function and report any issues to management for repair. Weed the plants and care for them, talk to them if you want they grow better when you do! Provide fertilization schedule and keep all plants healthy. Re-pot as plants grow into larger pots and adjust pricing accordingly. Assure inventory is up to date and orders are submitted as needed. Plan the nursery organization and mange the nursery planting room. Speak to customers who inquire about the plants we have and be creative and resourseful in providing information about their needs.

The position is 30-40 hours per week and flexible. You will be your own boss and not have someone breathing down your back as long as you do the job well.
Pay is dependant on your experience and expertise, we are willing to train, but pay will reflect the learning curve.
