Must have:
1) Driver's license with a good history
2) Good references
3) Experience as a Crew Leader preferred, but we will train the right individual
4) Pass a drug test & criminal background check
5) Positive attitude
6) Good communication skills with basic manners and respect
7) Punctuality
8) Ability to learn and adapt to new ways of doing things
